Slitting Line Machines. We offer various modular designs of each equipment like slitter head, leveller head, punching station, shear station and various others. Out of these products, a customer can select an exact configuration of line 8 auxiliary equipment. Operators can set length to cut and pieces in batch by front keypad control panel. Accuracy is achievable over a length of cut ±0.1 mm. We believe cut to length is not only to cut sheets from coil but prepare raw components - trimmed, cut & in some cases folded or roll formed. For auxiliary operations, we offer modular units for edge trimming, slitting, punching, numbering and printing. This offers a great advantage to customers as many operations are finished online in a single pass, which makes production much faster.
Cut to length lines is offered in 4 basic versions and 7 different configurations. Besides, standard versions 8 sizes, made-to-order lines can be designed 8 supplied to suit specific and needs of individual customers. The success of real cut to length line lies in precise levelling & length measuring unit. We have a wide range of sophisticated levellers to choose from, depending on material type, thickness and coil defects.
